Bugs Bee Gone Exterminating

We have an ornamental grass in our backyard near our house. We've has it for years and my neighbor asked if she could have a piece of it for her yard. My wife and I tied it back into two separate sections to get the price for her. After we got it separated I started to put the shovel in and it made like a hollow sound. My wife said what's that and all of a sudden we were getting stung by yellowjackets. She got stung a few times and I got stung 20-30. After we finally made it in the house we started looking for someone to come and kill the nest. I just searched yellowjacket exterminator and Bees Be Gone came up. I called and they told me it would be $189 to kill the nest. I said when can you come out. She said they would be out Wednesday Sept 22 2021 but they called and said it was supposed to rain so they changed it to the next day at 8am. They showed up on time and I showed then where the nest was and they got to work. They were very professional and made sure that they got the nest. They stated that if I still see them to call and they would come right back out to treat it some more. I called a few companies to get quotes but they all wanted quarterly plans which I didn't need. When I have issues with bees from now on Bees Be Gone Exterminating will be my go to company. Family owned and very professional,friendly and they explained everything they were doing.

Friendly neighborhood business. I love the people. They happily came out twice when I was still having problems due to home's previous owners completely neglecting this area. I do feel like it's on the pricy side. Twice as much as I paid in Houston for quarterly service, but I am happy with their work.
