best staff. every time i visit I'm treated very well and have had great experiences with product purchases and returns.

Called around 10:50am for pricing and information on getting a rear tire replaced with a tire I provided. They told me the pricing and time expected for completion which was about a day due to the amount of tires they already have to do. Drove to the store expecting to drop it off and picking it up the next day but about an hour after dropping it off they called and said it was done. Great customer service on a Sunday and was able to ride the rest of the day!!

Went in to get fitted for a new helmet, as I plan to learn how to ride and get my own bike soon. Eric was great, and walked me through the whole process and got my helmet ordered without issue.

The staff is always great to deal with and customer service is top notch, Eric is my go to employee at the North Olmsted location. Genuine down to earth guy and always a pleasure to deal with, Highly recommend Cycle Gear over the competitors. I drive an hour out of my way to have a great customer experience over another retailer who's unprofessional with lower pricing. Won't shop anywhere else for my motorcycle needs.
