Everyone from front desk to housekeeping was so friendly. The lobby, rooms and hallways were all really clean and the property was well maintained. Small bar area with plenty of drink selection and a pool table, and a small pantry area to grab snacks at any time. There is also a hot breakfast option. This hotel came recommended from a friend, and we will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The only thing I would change is the bathroom door inside the rooms. It is a sliding door that makes a loud thump if you don't hold it, and there is no lock on the door. If you have small kids staying with you there is no way to stop them from opening the bathroom door on you.

Concrete echo LA style rooms. Bit stark. Nice, but feels like a concrete room. Staff friendly. Instead of for sale items for breakfast, how about just giving a nice breakfast to all guests. We pay a lot. Sad we have to keep paying. But hey, got a free cup of coffee.

Great hotel. The aloft units I've stayed at are always in too shape but this one had a staff that was equal to the hotel. After 2 calls prior to booking to confirm a 4:30 airport shuttle availability we booked. They took us to the airport night before and to register for our Clear account and brought without any complaints or issues. The next morning the shuttle was out front ready at 4:30 as promised. If you don't stay here I'm guessing you may well end up wishing you had.

A fantastic experience, largely due to the kindness and service provided by the front desk staff! The lady who checked me in was wonderful and sweet, and the lady this morning was incredibly cordial and helpful, offering to get ice and water for my mug. We were very pleased.

HomeProAmerica built a new composite deck, which turned out beautifully, they were timely, and cleaned up afterwards and our new deck is wonderful. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that someone was suppose to come back and cover the exposed footings and we have not gotten a response from them since January 2021, after reaching out several times. The exposed footings look awful.

Home Pro did a great job on our new deck. Even with all the issues with Co-Vid we were very satisfied with the work. With a few small glitches they were quick to respond and fix immediately.

We are satisfied with the job done by the crew of Home Pro America. We will definitely recommend the company to our friends and relatives.

The staff acted like professionals throughout our interaction with them. The Sales Representative, Mr. JT Biegler is particularly friendly and has a good grasp of what his job is about. He kept all appointments on time and dealt with all the issues raised in a professional manner.
The crew supervisor is very dynamic and kept his promises.
