After calling around to many bike stores to see who had any bikes our size in stock, we found bikes to replace our bikes (which were stolen on vacation in Atlantic City) at Eddy’s. The customer service at two different stores we visited was superb. The first bike…I literally needed to get a bike that day as my teen relies on hers for transportation to activities. They showed us all models in stock that fit her size, let us test them in the parking lot, gave us time to think it over in private and then we confidently selected a bike for her (she rides her Trek daily). A few days later I stopped at another Eddy’s and they had a bike in stock that fit my needs. Don’t visit AC. But definitely check out Eddy’s if shopping for a good bike and excellent shopping experience.
Picked up my bike from Eddy's in North Olmsted on August 6th. David was fantastic in helping me pick out a helmet along with a bike rack for my car. David assisted with assembling the bike rack and was very thorough with explaining all the features of the rack and the bike. Very satisfied customer!
Excellent customer service. Very helpful. I bought four bikes so far from them within the last three years no problems at all. We love our bikes. Going to buy another one soon and absolutely going back to them.
I have had several recent trips to Eddy's and they provided great service and advice. Part of one trip was to fix a front wheel brake issue. They found it easy to fix and did not charge me. I will continue ot use them as my primary bike supply store.
I had mechanical issues with the Trek Verve bike I purchased a few weeks prior from Eddy's Bike Shop. I was offered to have the bike repaired under warranty for the defective parts. I was hoping to be able to upgrade into a better bike since the mechanical issues were happening from the start. Jason contacted me after the holiday like he said he would and offered to order the upgraded bike as a replacement. I am super pleased with how Jason and team handled my concern and request! I am very excited for the new bike to arrive and will be sure to recommend Eddy's Bike Shop to all my family and friends in the future! Thanks Jason and Team!!!
