Oak Brook Gardens Apartments

My apartment has this complex. Great staff very friendly and accommodating to tenants as well as being very urgent when it comes to work getting done. Maria is the face of the office and the most friendly property managers I’ve met. She will be missed.

As a previous tenant of Dover Farms, I am a BIG fan of this place. Ever since Dover was sold to Banyan Living, experienced nothing but issues.

Every time I’ve gone to the office or called they have been super polite and helpful.

My building has some of the most polite people I have ever encountered. We even have a guy who brings the packages in so they don’t sit right in front of the mailboxes and are safer. It’s the little things like that.

The rent is reasonably priced and while only living here for 3 months, extremely satisfied

I highly recommend these apartments!!!! I have lived here for about a year now and I have had no issues!!! It’s very affordable for North Royalton and very spacious. Only problem I had is with the trash situation I wish they had more bens to throw trash in because I live in the back by the pool so it’s a far distance for me. But next to that it’s a wonderful, quiet and peaceful area. Staff are really nice and friendly. Nicest first apartment I ever had :)
