Home Instead (Cleveland East) is outstanding. My work as a Caregiver has spanned decades, and this particular agency fully supports its Caregivers. The Office Staff work hard to make sure their Employees and their Clients are happy, comfortable and well taken care of. This franchise offers a good base pay, and there are numerous incentives to work. In addition, there is sound training, and there are classes offered just for fun. I cannot say enough about the Staff being personable, professional, and proactive - they are fantastic!

We used the services of Home Instead for my mom in Cleveland for two and a half years. In order for her to stay in her independent living apartment she has to have 24/7 caregivers. A friend recommended Home Instead. Living in Columbus Ohio it was important to me to have dependable caregivers who would give mom the love and attention I wanted for her. The care she received from her many Home Instead caregivers was excellent. Several of them became close family members. She was always well cared for, happy and healthy. Home Instead has provided personal care for my father, Gene, for over 3 years. I've been working for Home Instead since the beginning of the pandemic. They are safety oriented and value a healthy work/life balance for their Care-Professionals. They work around my schedule if need be, and office staff is always extremely helpful. They go above and beyond in pairing clients with the right Care-Professionals. The 24 hour on-call service is nice for both families and employees.

The staff has Great communications and always approachable. Open Door policy. I like the way the Home Instead engage employees through their social events. Home Instead offer many training classes to keep employees up to date and also to develop different skills. Home Instead understand work life balance.
