Every year home and auto insurance take a big chunk of your budget. Let me start by saying I got a mailer from Joseph Wagner insurance agent. He represents Erie insurance group.

Let me complain a little bit here. My old insure, I won't mentioned a name, had been hitting me with upward premium price hikes. Specially in the past 3 years they were in the double-digit % area. I would call and state my dissatisfaction to no avail.

Time to look for someone new.

I gave him a call, and to make this long story a little shorter, he saved me over $500.00 dollars a year. I'm 75 years of age and to me that's a nice chunk of change to keep in my pocket.

While talking on the phone he was patient with me as he took my information. He listened to me as I explained at this time in my life what I was looking for in my insurance policies. Later in his office when I had a face-to-face sit down to finalize the deal. I come to learn that he and his wife have four beautiful teenage daughters.

I'm giving his insurance agency five stars not only for the money I saved but also because of the warm professional interaction that I experienced.
