“I am a Gramma who went to pick up my grandkids from Columbus yesterday. My aunt had taken me so, when it came time to remove the car seats (which my son-in-law had put into her car) to put them into my car, I had such a hard time and was unable to do it. So my aunt had to pick up the kids and we drove to the station to ask for help. Now, we were a few embarrassed Gramma's, but Damon (one of the firefighters), did not make us feel like fools at all. He installed the car seats for me and was very pleasant and nice about the whole issue. He spoke to my granddaughter, who was before this afraid of anyone in uniform, and now the fireman was the nicest person in the whole world. Thanks to him, Firefighters are no longer anyone to be afraid of. Damon, you made the Gramma's day and a little 4 year olds. Thanks so much! Joyce Haynes North Olmsted”

“It took a long time in line for the Friday night fish fry but once ordered you got to sit down n it was ready in a good 5 minutes! The line did move fast but there were so many people it took about 40 minutes. I got there thinking early birds would b done but there were so many regular ages it took a while. Very well organized throughout.”
