“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.”

“I am a Gramma who went to pick up my grandkids from Columbus yesterday. My aunt had taken me so, when it came time to remove the car seats (which my son-in-law had put into her car) to put them into my car, I had such a hard time and was unable to do it. So my aunt had to pick up the kids and we drove to the station to ask for help. Now, we were a few embarrassed Gramma's, but Damon (one of the firefighters), did not make us feel like fools at all. He installed the car seats for me and was very pleasant and nice about the whole issue. He spoke to my granddaughter, who was before this afraid of anyone in uniform, and now the fireman was the nicest person in the whole world. Thanks to him, Firefighters are no longer anyone to be afraid of. Damon, you made the Gramma's day and a little 4 year olds. Thanks so much! Joyce Haynes North Olmsted”

The line did move fast but there were so many people it took about 40 minutes. I got there thinking early birds would b done but there were so many regular ages it took a while.
