(February 26, 2020, 8:25 am)Great Service, Quality Work! I have a 2009 GMC Sierra truck I use for work, which finally failed after 240k miles. I called Transmissions by Bruce and described the issue with my truck. They listened and asked several questions, and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. John provided an estimate over the phone and set clear expectations regarding the transmission issue, and how quickly they could have the transmission repaired. The truck was towed to the shop and were able to diagnose and confirm the issue the following day. They were able to repair the transmission sooner than expected, and the truck is running great!! I have put over 500 miles on the truck already and cannot be more pleased with work performed. Upon completion, John called to provide me an overview of the repair and answered any remaining questions I had regarding the repair. Transmissions by Bruce offers great customer service, exceptional workmanship, and at a fair and competitive price. I cannot be more pleased and highly recommend Transmissions by Bruce.
