I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff!! First off, the clinic is so welcoming and beautiful! Second, the ENTIRE staff is amazing. I sent an email inquiring about a procedure, and had a call the next day. Jade at the front desk was so inviting and sweet, and the nurses have got to be the most genuine people I’ve ever met! After my surgery, I got a fruit platter and sent home with a fresh salad and soup made in their restaurant. I have gotten a call everyday to check on how I feel by the nurses, and it puts me at ease knowing they really care. And Dr. Feng is so talented, and comforting. She is honest, and so caring, and I felt more than comfortable around her. I was so nervous about this and I am so glad I found this place. They really treat you like family, I cannot recommend them enough! I am also NEVER the type to write reviews, but this clinic and staff deserve the recognition of how awesome they are!!

Meeting Dr. Feng and the staff was even better than I dreamed about. From the minute I arrived to meet Gary. He was so warm and personalized my welcome by name and knew about my history which means a lot. I spoke to Jade who was always so kind over the phone especially for being out of state and traveling to and from the clinic alone. I met Sarah at the front desk who was sweet from beginning to end, Linda was professional and it felt real the moment she took me back to meet Dr. Feng. Wow! it says a lot of how comfortable she makes you feel because I didn’t cry and I can’t hold back tears when sharing my history. It is emotional and painful. She was so intelligent and caught up on all my notes to really know her patient. What an angel! I knew there was no one else I would go to for this surgery and finally being here and experiencing it, I can’t help but take in and share every moment. Michele was the nurse I spoke to over the phone and finally got to meet her and talk and laugh and she made the comfort level a 10+. Dori gave me a tour of the clinic and Rachel helped me order some delicious food to go. I met Gina on the way out who was friendly and kind to complete my visit. Coming from a Hospitality background, the only thing missing here is a place to sleep. It has everything under one roof and the feeling you get inside is indescribable. I am smiling knowing my health is going to be restored under their care. Thank you Lu Jean Feng Clinic!!

Betsy Goodrum is the best aesthetician! She is caring, warm, professional, and very knowledgeable! The teaching she does as she provides services is amazing. I have followed her for many years and am so happy she has now found the best place, The Feng Clinic. Beautiful and peaceful ambiance ❤️
