Had to visit the building department, good customer service
The Building department has been so helpful with my requests and endeavors! Great friendly people to work with and a special shout-out to Tara for all the help a while back :) Great staff here!
I went to Pepper Pike to shred important papers... This is a service that the city provides periodically... I arrived a few minutes early and was in line with other persons in our automobiles, However, I was surprised that no service department employee stopped by my car to advise me how this process would proceed. Other persons in cars behind me did get out of their car looking for someone to advise them. As it turned out, The process was very simple and there were no issues.
