Nick was great. Phone was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Phone ready when promised. Nephew had iPhone 7 and shattered the glass. We were all very pleased with results.
I came over because my phone was in boot loop mode - wouldn't start and wouldn't charge either. I came by on Sunday afternoon and they were able to fix it in less than 2 hours. Service was great and super quick.
Broke a** phone repaired my broken iPhone 11 screen month ago and a few weeks later my battery began to bloat and cracked the screen again. I purchased a new battery online and brought in hoping to pay for labor of replacing it. The gentleman in charge said they found a slight cut in the bloated battery that could have been from when they replaced the screen. I had ordered the wrong battery and he said they would not only order a new battery free of charge, but would replace the screen again no charge. They did not have to admit their possible error or go above and beyond to remedy it. It was an integrity move. Highly recommend.
Will go here again if I ever need too. 25-35 minute wait exactly what he said on the phone along with $150 for fixing my screen which is very reasonable and normal pricing is you call around. Very happy with my visit!
This location was ok.
If I could give them a more precise rating it would be more like 3.5 or 3.75.
The service is good. The building sits in a nice location, but the prices are still a bit higher then I'm comfortable with. Plus, they really aren't very flexible with service pricing either.
It's either full price or nothing, at all.
No matter what.
Which at times can be a bit confusing to me as a fellow business owner, in the service industry.
(For example, if I'm being hired to perform a service, let's say... washing a window.
The service routine of washing a window is the same no matter what you charge. $20 or $18. Either way you're getting something for the time you're spending to provide the service, esp if you weren't getting anything at all, for that time, at that moment.
VS, getting $0 for not taking the job, at all.)
That just doesn't make much sense to me.
I think being able flexible with some ability to work with people shows them you actually care...
And they thank you with their, referals, future business. And the profit you just earned from them.
THAT just makes good business sense to me.
And if nothing else,

none of a sale, ANY DAY.
(Why else do you think there is a customer retention dept. In almost every major customer sales driven corporation? ; )
