Char Whiskey Bar & Grille

Went there for the first time today. The whole experience was exceptional. Loved the atmosphere, the service was excellent (and I was with a party of 10) and I’ll be craving that breakfast BLT every morning till I go back! Very highly recommend this place!

I had an excellent experience. Food and service were above average. I had the goat cheese was absolutely fantastic, my two cocktails were great spins on classics and wonderful mixes of things I had not ever had. I dined alone but would love this place for a date night. Many other things on the menu I hope to come back and try

This hidden gem is the best. The cauliflower truffle Mac and cheese is so delicious! I could eat it everyday. Do not sleep on this restaurant. The food, service, staff, and ambiance will keep me coming back 😍🤤

We had a great experience and the food was excellent! We both had the lobster rolls and the ratio of lobster meat to bread was perfect. You get two different rolls with homemade chips. It's one of the best rolls we've had in this area. A little pricey (but we realize the price of seafood is going up)...worth it, though!

Char is a wonderful addition to the Rocky River dining scene. Our server Dave was very knowledgeable about the specialty cocktails, and suggested the Pink Lady cocktail. It did not disappoint. Our food arrived very quickly, and we all enjoyed our meals.
The staff at Char is wonderful. The gentleman who was the host was pleasant and welcoming. Dave was the perfect server. Period. When you go to Char, I recommend you ask for a table in his section. He was excellent.
