(April 17, 2021, 10:56 am)I love that workouts change daily and everyone there is motivated. There is no judgement. You are able to work at your own level without feeling "behind" in skill or strength. The coaches are always helpful and upbeat and everything is always clean and organized!
(February 11, 2021, 10:27 am)I love the support from the trainers at each round. I love that each round is only 3 minutes each. By the time that we've hit 2 1/2 minutes, I'm ready to give up but then I hear "30 more seconds which encourages me to keep going. Everyone is so nice and helpful. When I have the opportunity, I tell everyone about how great 9Round is!
(March 6, 2020, 11:11 am)LOVE this place! The trainers are so kind and welcoming. The equipment is in good shape. The gym is always clean and tidy. The workouts are always tough but fun. HIGHLY recommended!!!
