I highly recommend Jessica as a lactation consultant. She made me feel comfortable right away and is so nice and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough, and I can tell that she truly cares and wants to help as much as she can. Having her support has been so encouraging!

We have only had one appointment with Jessica so far, but we can already see that she is phenomenal! We struggled with breastfeeding after our son was in the NICU for several days, and Jessica helped us get back to basics to bond with him and ease the transition between bottles and nursing. She spent over two hours with us at our first in-home meeting- it was a much more personalized and knowledgeable experience than what we had in the hospital with the lactation consultants who were on rotation there. After just one appointment, we are already seeing marked improvement with feeding.

Jessica is knowledgeable and encouraging, with so many practical ideas that can help to work through and resolve difficulties.

Jessica was a life-saver with my second baby. I was discharged from the hospital on a Saturday, and the lactation consultant I had planned on working with wasn’t available on a Sunday. I was very worried because my baby was losing weight and unable to nurse, and I knew I couldn’t wait in til Monday if I wanted to continue feeding breastmilk. Jessica came highly recommended by my doula and was able to fit me in for an appointment immediately on Sunday. She helped me recognize that the baby had some structural issues that prevented him from nursing, but helped me get him enough milk until we were able to get his issues addressed by a doctor. I credit Jessica with helping us avoid supplementing with formula and getting us on a successful track to nursing! Definitely give her a call if you are struggling!!

Jessica was able to help me with both of my children. It was great to have someone as knowledgeable and caring as Jessica. She was able to understand my wants, my baby’s needs, and helped me persevere through a latching issue and tongue-tie. Jessica was able to refer me to a doctor who helped with my child’s tongue and lip tie.
