Extremely well maintained. Secure and clean buildings and very accommodating. Priced right. They treat my sister and brother in law really well. I'm on their waiting list for an apartment. Well worth the wait and their rental charges.

We rented with L&A management for two years and had such a wonderful experience there! It's rare to find an apartment complex that accepts large dogs, so we were lucky to find a place here. Great management and maintenance team, very responsive to needs in the apartment. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

We moved into an Land A property back in July and I have to say I am blown away by how responsive and friendly everyone is! All of our maintenance requests have been responded to same day if made in the morning and first thing the next if made in the evening. The properties are cleaned and well maintained. I've rented properties in a handful of cities and they are by far the best people I've worked with.
