(November 27, 2019, 7:20 am)MADE MY DAY TODAY. The store was extremely busy this morning, as usual. Went in and there was a problem. The coffee creamer was empty of the 2 most popular brands. I asked the young lady if she could stop doing what she was doing and help me. She did, no fussing, complaint, or looking cross.
The manager had already been accommodating about suggesting the creamer solution. But, because the BOSS saw the young lady was having a problem with the equipment, he first helped her finish then told me because of the inconvenience, I could have it FREE. THAT'S HOSPITALITY.
