This cute and cozy Marriott Vacation Club property gets a 10 out of 10 for my little family and I!! We had an amazing time staying here. We felt right at home! The staff is so kind and thoughtful. Jocelyn, our special girl went above and beyond to make our trip special, as well as Daniel who gifted us a bottle of wine!

They have a beautiful rooftop bar where we got to have breakfast with the most dreamiest of views!! We ate our lunch at the cafe downstairs and felt like we were at our dining room at home. Every inch of this hotel is so beautiful and picture perfect! It also smells amazing when you walk into the lobby. The front desk associates were friendly and warm as well as the security, concierge, and maintenance workers.

The rooms are cozy (small) side however, this is the perfect hotel for a NYC dream vacation which should NOT be spent inside the room but out exploring all that this amazing city has to offer. This property is walking distance from all the things and the subway is close as well as a bus stop. There’s a really nice breakfast and lunch spot just steps away from the hotel called cafe 37 that I highly recommend. What else is there to say? I know we’ll be back soon!

This is the best hotel experience I've had. There was some issues with rooms, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint i have is that they have two elevators for all 20 floors...including maintenance and staff. So, the elevators tend to be on the slower side, but the service was amazing. Another curious note is the smaller rooms are too small to fit the pack and plays they use. As they use larger square ones, not the more compact rectangular ones.

Great stay at this hotel, great location, view! What stood out the most was the excellent customer service, super friendly and helpful staff. Rochelle and Jeremy at the cafe were so friendly, every morning, went above and beyond. Everybody was friendly, from housekeeping, to the front desk, all staff. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful modern rooms. Good water pressure and taste. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great location in garment district not to far walking distance from Empire State Building and Broadway.

GREAT SERVICE from every person we interacted with: Rachelle (sp?)/warmly welcoming us at the treats bar, Carlos/valet and front door/super friendly and efficient, Jocelyn/don’t miss her local walking/subway riding/bus taking/ferry trip tours - fun, knowledgeable and high energy, Hector/a wonderful addition to the staff also very knowledgeable and passionate about the tours he leads. Even the engineering staff is top notch. The NYC Pulse feels more like an intimate boutique hotel than the typical hotel; we love this property and have stayed here four times in the past five years. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the rooftop views spectacular and the public spaces are ideal for sharing conversations with other guests if you choose. We look forward to returning soon. Five stars!
