Trainers are efficient and so personable. I have had great results. Literally 20 min twice a week and I am feeling the best I have in over 5 years.
Its a bit pricey but I figure I'm paying for efficiency, results, professionally educated and trained staff, extremely clean/safe environment, with low impact high quality machines.
My chronic lower back pain is gone and I have beat a man at arm wrestling. Booyah. Also, I am not huge on cardio so I figured build muscle, increase metabolism, increase energy, now I'll work on cardio. I actually feel like I have energy to do it.

The workouts are so brief that your body has ample time to recover and grow lean muscle mass. They track your progress and adjust resistance for you so it's as easy as it can be. The facility is clean, state-of-the-art. The staff if wonderful, personable and supportive.

I love the Perfect workout. It is so intense and I feel like I have worked out for 2 hours after completing 20 minutes. I love my trainer..Ray in LB..he is awesome.. I will stay with it because I am getting stronger and my body is getting more define.. I am so determined....

Very caring trainers who help you overcome any obstacle you may have. Personally I had surgery and coming back strong !!
