Fisher's American Tavern

I wanted a burger and to watch the game, I came here off the recommendation of my brother. Food; good selection of bar food staples and tasty. Service; attentive and personable.

Bar has a divey, chill, laid back vibe

Staff were very friendly, prices were great, and the food was incredible. I love that they had walleye on the menu as a regular dish. Not enough local restaurants offer that. I wish I lived closer to this place. I'd eat here all the time!

These are such good people running a true neighborly spot. I will be coming by more often. I had accidentally ordered my takeout to the wrong restaurant and I arrived to pick it up and they did not have it and their kitchen was closed. After a tough day this was the icing on the cake and I started crying at the counter embarrassingly. The staff was amazing. They fired up their kitchen and made me the closet things they had to what I ordered. They were kind and empathetic and the chef came out from the kitchen to hug me. Everyone was beyond accommodating and encouraging when I was embarrassed for breaking down after my day. Thank you!! Also the food was delicious as always.
