5 star excellent experience with PC Parts Unlimited. Here’s my story: I had to find a power supply and power chord for an HP computer since we lost it during the hurricane in Southwest Florida and I needed access to my HP computer. Called the HP store and they no longer carried it, but they gave me the name of some resell companies that should carry the power supply. Called those companies and they were stumped. However, one lady stated I should contact PC PartsUnlimited and ask to speak with Rob Rodick. She said if anyone would have it PC Parts unlimited in Ohio would and Rob would locate it. Called PC Parts Unlimited and spoke with Rob, he was able to locate the part efficiently and had it to me in a flash. So very thankful he found it. He followed up with me through e-mails and phone calls as well. Great company, and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again to Rob and his great staff at PC Parts Unlimited.

Have ordered numerous parts from PC Parts for my companies over the years and never once had an issue. I read some of these other reviews and have to wonder if when ordering the mistake was user error on the buyers end,..
