AMAZING!! Personal 1 on 1 training from someone who will socialize your workout based on your health, needs, wants, and levels. He is encouraging without yelling or pushing too hard, which really helps when you’re out of breath and feeling the burn!! Price is more than reasonable for what you actually get, I’m talking experienced personalized training. I am so glad I found him and I should note I came to him as someone who HATES to workout, now I’m excited for my appointments every week!!
I have been working out with Sledge Training for a over a year now and have definitely seen great results. I’ve lost 15+ pounds and my twice a week workout sessions definitely keeps me more active than I was before. There is never a dull session and I look forward to going and being able to get a nice workout in.
I was at a low point in my life when I started with Pierre. With his help I am climbing my way back up. I have been with Sledge training and wellness for almost 6 months now and I'm happier than I've been in years. Pierre has worked with me through difficult knee problems and adjusted his training to fit me. I now look forward to my training. I am losing weight, getting stronger, more flexible, have less pain and more confidence. My favorite part of my training and wellness has been the wellness. Pierre takes notice of your attitude and emotions and works those too. He has helped me more than I can express. I'm a better, healthier, happier person and I owe so much of that to him. Eternally grateful this man came into my life.
Sledge training has done wonders for me so far. His workout sessions focuses on general health and on what I would like to achieve aesthetically. So far, I’ve lost 10 lbs 1 month and see more muscular definition. Overall I feel better and more healthy. I also enjoy his training style. I’m not able to do training sessions in person due to distance and time restraints. So most of the sessions are through zoom. But he tells me what equipment is needed to get the best workouts. And I’m seeing results, so I’m definitely satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone.
I’ve been working out with Sledge Training for months now and I love it. I actually look forward to our twice-weekly sessions. It’s not an atmosphere of pressure or judgment, which I appreciate. I’m a normal person who wants to get in shape and not be yelled at by some tough-guy trainer and that’s exactly what I get from seeing Pierre. We work out, we chat, we laugh and it’s a good time!
