  We had a wonderful experience buying our home with Elaine, so when it was time to sell, it was a no brainer that we chose to work with her again! Throughout the process, she continually kept us up to date on current market data, took our input into account, advocated for us, and responded to all correspondence in a timely manner with useful information. Elaine made an intimidating process for a first time seller seamless and stress-free! We hope to work with Elaine again in the future, and will recommend her to all friends and family with home purchasing and selling needs.

  Elaine is awesome! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! My whole situation was a little different, but she came in, and took care of everything I needed. She was great in keeping me grounded, and not stressing out too much about the whole thing. Between listing my house, receiving an offer, and officially closing, we were completely done in less than 2 months. She was great to work with, and I can’t recommend her enough!

  Working with Elaine is like working with a great friend and she is definitely a realtor you want in your corner. She is both personable and professional, and was, overall, an absolute pleasure to work with. Shortly after our first meeting, we were already viewing homes. She is very considerate of your budget as well as your likes, dislikes, and "must haves" in a home. Elaine was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns all throughout the house hunting and purchasing process. Not to mention, she helped us set up our house visit immediatly after we said we were interested! She provides great advice to help make a competitive offer, negotiates strongly on your behalf, and is very proactive with ensuring all parts of the purchasing process are completed in a timely manner. Elaine helped to streamline both house hunting and purchasing, despite challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, and was very considerate with health and safety practices (which was very important to me being pregnant during this process). Ultimately, Elaine's wealth of knowledge and experience helped us first-time home buyers to successfully find, negotiate, and close on our new home. We couldn't be happier and cannot recommend her enough!

  Words can't express how happy and grateful I am for Elaine's role in my process of buying my first home! She knows the local market and the big picture as well - her insights and advice were always spot-on. She was always available when needed, but never intrusive. She patiently listened to all my "requirements" and remembered them (without having to look at a list! for goodness' sake, *I* had to look at my list!! LOL!). Most of my questions she could answer off the top of her head, and the rest she got back to me within an hour or 2. Amazing! She was also very careful to not "steer" me in any way - I was the leader throughout the process, even when I needed guidance: how did she manage that?! IDK, but she did. I am absolutely thrilled with the house I bought - so much better than I ever thought I could have! And she helped me start the negotiations (re: which she totally rules) remotely, when she was out of town! If that's not the definition of great customer service, I don't know what is. In short, if you're looking to buy a home, Elaine is THE realtor you want - period. Now, please excuse me - I need to put in some shelf paper... ;-)

  Elaine made the experience fantastic! She is very knowledgeable in industry sold my house within 2 days with four offers 2 of which were over asking price. In addition she helped find my new residence and even provided me with contacts for all my new home needs from alarm companies to painters. I would recommend her services to anyone I know.
