He went above and beyond to educate me on the issues and provided me with options for how to address them. I was very pleased with James as our technician, and with PK Wadsworth in general for making the process easy.
(September 14, 2022, 12:06 pm)Eric performed the first annual maintenance on our new steam boiler installed last February. Everything checked out A-OK. He explained in greater detail than the installers in February the next steps for ongoing boiler maintenance. He knows how to put this information in terms the customer can understand. He is very thorough and we feel very confident in his expertise. Thanks for your thoughtful service, Eric!
