I cannot say enough about Dyson products, but if you own one, you already know that! This service center is great though, as it allows me to drop off a vacuum rather than sending it in to Dyson. I asked the young lady if she could stop doing what she was doing and help me. She did, no fussing, complaint, or looking cross. The manager had already been accommodating about suggesting the creamer solution.
