My dad was a patient there for quite some time. I have to say we were terrified at first, but everyone we came across was really nice, they were very caring and hard working. Physical Therapy did an outstanding job with him! Urszula, Honorata, Gosia and Diana got my dad back on his feet! They did an outstanding job with him! They really motivated him and made all the difference.
The facility is nice and clean, which was a major plus too.
Thank you to the whole staff of Pro medica of Hinsdale. All the nurses, cna's, physical therapy, social workers, NP's, doctors. It all came together and my dad is back at home thanks to all the people he came across. We really appreciated every single one of you :)

I have been in many rehab places over the years due to multiple joint surgeries, but especially in the last two years, due to infection following a hip replacement. I became used to call lights being ignored, and no help with personal hygiene. How refreshing this place has been! Call lights are promptly answered, help with hygiene is consistent, staff are friendly and skilled. Any needs seem to be anticipated and I don't have to beg for help. My home is not close to here, but the trip for my family is worth it. I highly recommend proMedica in Hinsdale!

So most people tend to leave reviews only when their angry. Im not that person. SO LETS REVIEW!

Wound care... is handled by Karen and your nurses when necessary. They're sweet, playful, firm, professional and understanding to your preferences. If something hurts too much or isn't the most efficient way to a smart recovery they will tailor it till it is. ☆

My nurses... were phenomenal and all special in their own way. Anita was prompt, caring, and bubbly. Jamie the night nurse... reminded me and all of her patients that they were loved. And that our concerns were valid, not just complaints. (The contract CNAs TRULY mistreat Jamie. Hold them accountable! Except for Tiffany. Tif was sweet.) Elizabeth was also a gem.

And the CNA'S... let's talk about the CNA's. SOME of them can be a bit rude, or on their phone BUT THAT IS NOT MOST OF THEM. MOST of them, like Jessica, Trina, and Felicia... Most of them... without them I wouldn't have survived mentally. The severity of my depression and anxiety... was and is still unknown. But they made sure I kept my head up. Them and my mother of course.

And then PT/OT... Amazing. I've only had to use this service once before so I don't have too much previous knowledge - BUT THEY ARE HANDS DOWN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Shout out to Suchi, Honorata, Mike, Maxine, Ashwini, Yaku - freaking all of them. They push just enough, encourage greatness, understand limits and help you to exceed your own expectations. They made me feel unstoppable and again, loved.

I can't express enough how important it is to trust in the feeling that the people around you actually care about your recovery and aren't just there to pick up a paycheck.

... um... last few statements will be quick.... I stayed on the first floor for reference.
Food: is super meh. But you can always order in.
Beds: are a bit noisy, but overall comfy.
Rooms: rooms were ALWAYS cold and the thermostats on the wall are for show only. Bring your own blankets! Personal covers made my stay possible. (I was here from dec to feb)
EXTENSIONS: ask for the important ones on arrival.

There were setbacks. Miscommunications. Sometimes they were understaffed, but what place isn't now with covid? And the wheelchairs.. or at least mine, hurt my butt SO bad. But thats all i can think of.

Showed up unexpectedly with a brake issue. Sam was able to get me in without an appointment. Not longer after I was back on the road! So glad they were able to help me out.

Outstanding honest service a little rough around the edges but people are too sensitive nowadays what a great place I will take all of my cars there and if I need to rent a U-Haul truck this will this will be my choice also

Excellent auto repair. Reasonable pricing for the area. Gave me a ride to the mall while my car was being repaired.
