(February 25, 2022, 6:31 pm)The jiujitsu program with David Barnes is great. He is an import from Atlanta and if you are looking for high level world class competition jiujitsu this is the place for you. I was never the biggest fan of no gi mostly because I think feet are gross but David does a really good job of teaching a complete game as opposed to just heel hooks. I mean obviously there are plenty of heel hooks, it's not 1996 anymore, but he integrates them into a larger game and he also taught the most valid heel hook defenses I have seen to date. Call to confirm the schedule because there have been a few changes. I'm super excited to have someone of this level in the area and teaching day classes as well as evenings!!
