Highly recommend. Mike, the owner is very knowledgeable. Especially for older and classic vehicles. Odd ones too. He worked on my 1951 M38 Willys and did a great job. He is currently working on my M100 military trailer.
I have been a customer of Mike’s for several years now and I have never worked with a more honest and dependable mechanic. His work is solid and professional. Mike will tell you what the problem is and will work with you to get the repair done right and quick. Thanks Mike for being there for me and my family over the years. You keep us moving.
Excellent experience. Was in a rush to have my RV repaired. Mike got me in the same day had it repaired shortly after the part came in the following morning and got me on my way. Also gave me a very reasonable price. Because of my first experience I took another vehicle in a couple of days later for minor repairs. Again very professional very knowledgeable in a very reasonable price. This will become my go-to repair facility.
I have a 2011 Fusion that was reaching 100k miles when I first brought it to Weber and Sons. I was aware of an exhaust leak and had received two quotes from other mechanics in other cities I was no longer local to. Weber was about the same as one quote and far less than the more corporate location that wanted to replace the entire part that was leaking. During the quote and before doing the job he placed a screw in my loose inside door handle that would pop out every time I’d open the door, eliminating one of the minor inconveniences in my life that we all have. Previously mentioned corporate location tried to quote me on that when I didn’t ask and had told them that money was extremely tight.
Everything stated above happened right around the start of the pandemic. Exhaust leak was fixed, but at the start of the fall I was in a scenario where doordash was (and still is) my only way to earn income. My brakes were grinding terribly, and I knew it was something that I couldn’t have happening when I need to drive 50-100 miles a day in the heart of Strongsville. Mike was willing to help me on short notice and find parts that were less expensive yet still trustworthy. After changing the front brakes, two days later my transmission is slipping and leaking. Mike is willing to again schedule ASAP, as well as offer advice on what to do in order to keep working while not blowing up my car. He offered to put it on the lift just to know the severity of the issue but time didn’t line up for me, and he was able to get to it soon enough anyway.
Currently I’m no longer spilling transmission fluid all over Strongsville nor are my grinding brakes waking your family up when you’re trying to surprise them with breakfast from Scramblers. If your dasher has ever been “Andrew K,” your food was brought to you in part by Weber and Sons. Thank you for being a vital role in solving a lot of problems in this unpredictable time we are living in!
While my wife and I were traveling through town in our RV, and our refrigerator wasn't working. Even though Mike was already busy for the day, he made an exception to help us, and was able to get our fridge working again, saving our groceries.
He was able to get us fixed up in a very short amount of time, and charged us an excellent price. The service was exceptional.
It looked like they work on pretty much everything: RVs, boats, trucks, cars, small engine stuff, and more. If I'm ever in the Cleveland area, and need any work done to anything like that, Weber & Son will be my first call.
