(January 27, 2022, 4:41 pm)While I waited to make a return I witnessed Customer service rep Carla treat a very confused, elderly gentleman with such patience and kindness. He was trying to pay his bill and she gently guided him through the process and explained everything so kindly. It's such a small thing but was lovely to see. The world needs more people like Carla!! Love Macys!
