Timber Creek Apartments

Isaiah assists me just about every time that I come to visit. He is so friendly, pleasant and professional that he makes all the transactions go seamlessly. It is usually a fast turn around time with my vehicle so I never feel inconvenienced. This is a good location to come get your vehicle serviced.

Timber Creek is by far one of the best apartment communities to live. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and the maintenance guys have always been outstanding; working on requests the same day they have been made. The surrounding parks and trails are beautiful, safe, and quiet. The pool and the gym are clean and inviting. Our representative, Eric Williams, made the entire process exceptionally pleasant. He was very welcoming and helpful.

I've lived at Timber Creek for over 3.5 years now, and have loved it. It's always been a wonderful experience, especially what a community it is; all the tenants, office staff, maintenance crew, everyone treats each other like they value living and working here. This review is long overdue, but I am now finally writing it, because with the recent disruption to normal life that has occurred over the past year due to the pandemic, I now feel more lucky than ever to live at Timber Creek. It's amazing how much they truly care about their tenants, and have gone above and beyond to help all of us during this scary time. Red Peak is a huge company, yet I'm amazed how much they care about their individual tenants at each apartment community, and have gone above and beyond to help people that need it. The apartments are beautiful and unique, maintenance is top-notch, the amenities are ridiculously awesome, but what really sets this place apart is the people who work here and how much they truly care. This is the best place I've ever lived.

I cannot express how much I love it here at Timber Creek! How often can you say that about your apartment complex?! The office staff is amazing, they know the residents by name and are quick to help with anything you throw their way.

We have had a few minor maintenance requests put in and the staff is quick to respond even in the pandemic. They are courteous and efficient.

The apartment is spacious, and we love the kitchen. You cannot beat the location with Wallace park behind you. I cannot say enough good things. The move in process was painless and we are loving it here!
