And I must say the experience was very pleasant it was very precise to the point we’re not the ones to sit here and chitchat let’s just get to the points on the paperwork to make sure it’s a big good deal and that’s exactly what our sales person did his name was Jared and he was on .100% and then I do appreciate the experience that we had there and I do believe that she got a great deal I would suggest going to them to anybody
(October 28, 2020, 8:25 am)I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a great experience at this place. The process was simple, straightforward, and seamless from a UX perspective. Brian was extremely helpful, kind, and informative. In the end it seemed like a win for everyone! Will definitely be coming back here if I happen to need to buy or sell again.
(October 17, 2020, 11:51 am)We went to the CarMax in Cleveland to sell my car and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! They offered us more than the KBB value and we were in and out in less than an hour. The employee that helped us was nothing but pleasant. We highly recommend CarMax for selling a car because it truly was an easy process and their offer was more than fair! Thank you, CarMax!

(August 31, 2020, 3:02 pm)I love CarMax. I used them twice in the past six months to sell two cars and buy one car. The first time was in Los Angeles where I sold my Jeep and bought a use car both CarMax. That experience was so great - such a fair price for my car and no hassle dealing with strangers trying to seek it. Then Buying another car in the spot and all so smooth. No hassles with haggling over pricing or waiting hours for a finance guy. It was fast and smooth. Then when I got to Ohio and had to seek another car, I only went to CarMax in Warrensville Heights. Because I knew they would be fair - and they were. Very fair and very fast. Easiest way to sell a car. I will never do it on my own again. Thank you CarMax!!
