I saw David for a couple months to talk about difficult changes coming in my life. He was great and helped through the decisions that were being made and seeing the positives. Not only a professional at what he does, but also human in his interactions.

My wife and I have seen David a few times (so far) for couples therapy. We had previously seen another therapist at a different practice who was not the least bit helpful. I feel like we got more out of our first appointment with David than we did in the year or so with our other therapist. David is warm, knowledgeable, and validating. He always checks in with where we are at the beginning of the session and checks to see if there is anything in particular we’d like to focus on that day. If not, he has some ideas to help further our work as a couple. David acknowledges that therapy isn’t easy, that there will be difficult, sometimes very difficult experiences that will arise; however, he is always right there with us, helping and guiding us. His encouragement and care helps to make these difficult moments a little easier.
David is also very adept at working with the LBGTQAI+ community as well as different types of relationships. He is affirming to all groups and helps you to feel comfortable talking about anything. I honest can’t say enough good things about the experience we are having in therapy with David. It is so refreshing to have a therapist who is willing to work WITH you to accomplish your relationship goals!
