I just finished my 3rd checkup and I am very happy with my experience. Joe Baker, MA, CCC-A Audiologist, at Hearing Science in Westlake, is a pro. I feel he gave me the most thorough hearing test I have ever had. He took time to listen, explain thoroughly, tweek my hearing aids for any problems I expressed and took great care throughout the process. I'm very happy with my hearing aids thanks to the exceptional care I am receiving! Pamela, his office assistant is great too! I highly recommend Hearing Science.

Dr. Baker was so nice. He took the time to find out about my husband’s needs and recommended the best hearing aid for him. Not the most expensive ones either. It has been over a month and the whole family has noticed the improvement.

Joe is a superb audiologist, not just a hearing aid technician. You don't pay more for much better service from the typical person who doesn't even have a college degree, let alone a Masters in audiology. I went to a non-audiologist for my last hearing aid but returned to Joe this year after he started his own business. Highly recommended.
