Holding Space

I would give 10 stars if I could. I have been a patient of Tiffany's for a few years now and she is incredibly dedicated to my well-being. Kristen is my prescriber and has been super careful with my medications so as not to derail my life with nasty side effects. I can't imagine my life without them and feel prepared for challenges ahead because of the support they offer.

I have been coming to Holding Space since August 2019. I was 5/6 months pregnant and I was having a hard time with anxiety, depression, and anger. This was all because of a unmedicated mood disorder on top of elevated hormones. I have been working with two professionals here at Holding Space. I feel myself again! I know without the support and guidance i wouldn't be at the place I am and love today. I am so grateful I contacted Holding Space. They truly helped me through my pregnancy, after and still today.
