Jim was thorough, pleasant to work with, friendly and meticulous at his job. When he was finished, the carpets looked, smelled and felt as if the carpets were new! You can tell he takes pride in his work and the work he put in, the money was well spent. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him for anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.
