No wait time on a Saturday morning. A friendly technician. An all around easy step before getting my sticker.

No one wants to do an e-check, but we have to eventually. At least Ohio made it possible to perform the test easily, without waiting for someone to assist, and totally free. The console is running Windows XP and you have to press hard on the screen sometimes, but I was able to take care of this early in the morning on a weekday and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

When I got there in the early afternoon on a weekday there was a line of cars and the place was very busy. But they got my car out of there very quickly, shout-out to the wonderful lady who was working on three cars at the same time! The only downside was the smell of the place, it was smelling of fumes so strongly that I was nauseous by the time I got out.

The workers there are very efficient and helpful. The whole process from start to finish was fast and painless!
If only the government would put a little money into fixing the pothole-ridden driveway!
