I had a big problem receiving one of my pressure washed an 8 gpm unit that was damaged. my guys at the shop did not inspect the box and later i found that it was dropped and damaged and leaking oil everywhere. contacted pressure tek and they called me back asap. at first the manufacture did not want to take responsibility and replace it but pressure tek understood the situation and took care of me my replacement machine came in a few days and they had a company come pick up the damaged machine. Will continue doing business with them as they have gone above and beyond and handled the situation very prompt and professionally. Highly recommended !!!
