I recently hired DiSilvestro Roofing for a small repair project. Paul was very responsive to my initial call and came to my home within a day or two to assess the damage and provide a quote. And once the weather broke, his team was out to fix the damaged area. They did a great job for a fair and reasonable price. Overall, the service and value were great. I will definitely hire them again for future projects.
We had a small roof leak that other roofing companies did not seem figure out or did not have the time to bother with. Called DiSilvestro and they sent Jason out. He was very personable and shared his knowledge freely. Found a few shingles that were nailed incorrectly by another company our insurance hired for a new roof after hurricane Sandy. He repaired the the areas and the leak is history. Thanks for your help. Don’t hesitate to call them!
Very happy with DiSilvestro. Not long ago I bought an older house that needed a new roof and DiSilvestro had an estimator out pretty much the day after I called them, and we had the roof replaced not long after that. The workers were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves better than most contractors I've worked with. Extremely happy with the service, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
Paul and his team replaced our old roof very quickly, and it looks great. They cleaned up every spec of asphalt, nail and scrap of paper like it never even happened. We listed our house for sale a month later and the home inspector actually said he hasn't seen that perfect of a job in dogs age and asked for their contact details. In our new home we'll be using them again for updated windows on both floors this summer
In the fall of 2012 that large hurricane that stretched all the way from the east coast to Ohio hit us. A tree in our back yard was blown over on top of our electrical lines causing our mast to be ripped off of our roof. An area of our roof had been ripped up. I consider myself to be a jack of all trades and so I did the repair work with hopes to keep my insurance claim. However, I was worried that my work might be lacking and so I called DiSilvestro Roofing to see if a partial or full roof repair was in order.
Owner Paul DiSilvestro came out to my home and examined the affected area. He knew that I had a insurance claim and could pay for the entire area to be re-roofed. However, he told me what I had done right, what he felt I still needed to do and what I needed to watch for. He told me that if the roofing ever failed that he would be happy to come out a fix the issue.
All and all, Paul DiSilvestro came out to me, took time out of his working day, climbed on my roof, inspected my work, gave me some very good information and never charged me a dime. My roof has not leaked throughout the winter and now spring. I was relieved to have the professional input.
It occurs to me that another roofing company may have seen this as an opportunity to make some money off of someone who didn't know any better. Instead Paul was honest, informative and giving with his time. It's nice to know that there are still people out there with integrity.
