“Fransua, Lawrence and all of their staff at this training studio are top notch professionals! We take our son and some of his team mates here for cross fit, speed, agility, yoga and power training. They do age specific development that grows the young man or woman mentally and physically. The training matures along with the young athletes. The back of the house weight room and training facility are perfect for all this type of training. While there we have seen them do so many great group classes in the front of the house exercise studio. Every person treated with respect and grace. “Easy to find as right off I 271 S. Nice parking lot right in front of the building. Lots of handicap spots. Large entrance area and nice seats. Plenty of desk workers. I was early and still got in fast. They a very nice face treatment and left with a slight tingle. All areas are super clean. I was explained what she was doing as she did it. Nice.”

“Love this place!! My son's first speech therapist and I'm so happy we chose her. She is patient, understanding, caring &a great teacher. She tuned into my son's needs. Every week we came in she got better &better at making him comfortable(he is VERY particular & can be difficult at times, especially around strangers) She was also great at finding things that interest him and continues to do so. He runs to the door as soon as we get out of the car. We've come a long way &still have a hike ahead of us but I'm hopeful we will get there with the help of CH&S! I recommend this place to the mom/dad of any child who's been given a referral or recommendation for speech therapy.”
