  It's a small transit station but it is one of the best I have been to it is very clean even the Megabus have sign posted they have Wi-Fi but close before 11 pm

  This is where I took the Megabus from Cleveland to Chicago. Megabus picks up passengers only from Lane A at Stop 3. The bus arrived 15 minutes before departure and departed exactly at the scheduled time. They won't wait for anyone so, arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled departure to avoid any trouble. Cars cannot enter the transit center but paid parking is available nearby. It was easy to get an Uber from Prospect Avenue when I got back from Chicago. I wish the transit center had a small store to pick up any snacks for the trip.

  Took the Megabus from Cleveland to Chicago last weekend. Excellent experience. The transit center in Cleveland is attractive and clean. Coach was spotless and on time, staff and passengers polite, and the ride was pleasant. The drop off point in Chicago was the only disappointment. Not really a bus stop, just a dreary side street location. They need to do better.
