“Easy to find as right off I 271 S. Nice parking lot right in front of the building. Lots of handicap spots. Large entrance area and nice seats. Plenty of desk workers. “I consulted 3 plastic surgeons who specialized only on the face and neck, and while their training may have been comparable, Dr. Frankel and his office staff (especially Katie) stood out in terms of making me feel comfortable and reassured. It has been exactly 6 weeks since I had my lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition done and I waited this long to post a review to ensure I did not encounter any unexpected issues. From the initial visit to the day of surgery, Dr. Frankel and Katie were thorough with their communication with plenty of opportunities to have questions answered. The procedure itself went smoothly, I went home the same day and did not need anything more than Tylenol for mild discomfort. There was no pain, but I would describe it as soreness from the expected swelling that occurred. Dr. Frankel checked on my recovery intermittently for the next week and it was reassuring to know things were progressing properly. I slept with my head elevated and went out to dine 8 days after surgery. My eyes look very natural and no one (including my mother and siblings) noticed anything different other than I looked "more rested". For me there were no regrets and the experience was smoother than expected. It was one of those times when I wondered why I waited so long to get things done, but all's well that ends well!”
