I had weekly sessions with her throughout the entire rest of my pregnancy, and it was great. She was very patient with this newbie, gave clear explanations and corrections, and more importantly, genuinely cared about me and my baby. “Highly recommend the self defense class at Riverview Martial Arts and Fitness. My 3 daughters took the class before they left for college. The instructor is great at discussing awareness and presenting options to prepare yourself when you think you may be attacked. This in class experience surpasses watching a video or reading about how to handle an attack. Even if you or your daughter remembers just one thing from taking this class (lock your car door, then put your seat belt on like it's second nature), it was worth every minute!”
