I ordered a tank 21 days ago (14 work days) and have sent an email and tried calling about 10 times to check on the status of the tank, I've tried calling various times of the day and no one ever answers. No reply to the email either. I hope I dont get stiffed here!

EDIT: looks like it was just miscommunication. They got back to me and made it right and then some. Good customer service

I ordered a tank and the website said 10-14 days, I called for a update after the 14th day and was greeted in a very friendly manner, I was told they were experiencing some issues with the shop and that my item would be on the way soon. The lady on the phone gave me a approx. Lead time and said she would send updates as well. I'm very excited to see the finished product and it should be here any time now. They made things right with me and that is what I call good customer service.

I order my STR tank on Monday and got it mid day the next Friday. It take only 4 1/2 days . I live in Louisiana. Thank you guys for great service.
