Stella is so helpful when my husband and friends come in to shop! We love all of your bikes but if it wasn’t for her we’d be at a loss as to what fits and all the safety information she explains to us. I have been in the car business for years but have never purchased a Harley Davidson before. I have heard the horror stories which held me back from even setting foot into a dealership. I met Rob Miller when he bought a car from my dealership and all that changed. He was very informative, inviting, and accommodating. When I arrived he was direct, professional, and courteous. He shot me a solid deal on the first pass and made it simple. He also was able to beat my credit union's financing rate saving me even more. To top it off he got my new bike in service himself even checking the tire pressure and making sure it was ready for me and my daughter to ride home. Keep in mind this is a General Sales Manager of a store and I still got a high level of personal service. I was given a tour of the dealership. I got to look at accessories with Aubrey, brought to parts to pick out goodies for my new bike, and then to service to meet the team. I walked out spending more than I wanted to, go figure, but I have the bike of my dreams. If you are on the fence about getting a HD go to Northstar, ask for Rob, and get what you deserve!
