I have a fireplace that a local store told me the problem with my fireplace and would cost $ 170 to look at it, plus up to $ 500 to repair. I was not convinced with their answers so I called Jeff. He told me the fireplace that I have did not have the system that the others wanted to look at , and told me what to try. In 30 minutes I did what Jeff recommended and my fireplace is working perfectly with no parts needed. Will call Jeff if service is needed in the future. Thank you Jeff !

I call Fireside Hearth and Home because I have two Heatnglo fireplaces in a new home I just bought. I had no idea how to work them and I wanted to make sure I was operating them safely. When I called Jeffrey Nelson answered the phone. I gave him the model numbers on the fireplaces and he was so knowledgeable and helpful he was able to answer all of my questions over the phone. Recently purchased a Quadra-Fire (model: Discovery-ll-C) from a dealer in a neighboring state (no local dealer near me in Tulsa).

I had dealer issues with their installation and lost confidence in anything they told me. I wasn't sure on the correct operation of the dampers on my stove and reached out to the Fireside Hearth company and left a message on their voicemail. Immediately afterwards I received a phone call from Mr. Jeffrey Nelson (a technician for Fireside Hearth). He took his time and walked me through in detail on the stoves operation. Mr. Nelson addressed all my concerns without once saying anything negative about his competition dealer that I purchased my stove from. A true professional. Mr. Nelson ended our phone call conversation by adding I can always call back again if I needed.

If I need service parts (which you will to maintain this wonderful stove), I will be buying from Fireside Hearth Company in Ohio.

I called in with some questions about our gas fireplace. I was expecting the company to send someone out that would charge me $100 to just diagnose the issue. This was not the case. Jeffrey answered and spent an hour walking me through checks, emailing pictures, and eliminating potential problems until he isolated the source. He even told me to come in and he can show me how to make the system more efficient. I can't say enough about this type of business. In a world were everybody is trying to make a fast buck, these guys are still following the "do right by people and the business will come" approach.
