Nothing is more energizing to me than working alongside some of the best human beings that are my privilege to know...passionate, competent, engaged, committed, likable, fun, ethical people with a heart for humanity...I am blessed! Soon I look forward to celebrating my 20th anniversary because it gets better every year!

Ohio Living has been a great fit for me! I have been supported in my professional development. I agree largely with leadership decisions, and I am grateful that this company provides education assistance to help me further my career!

The culture at our office is fantastic! Not to say everything is perfect, but the people are nice, helpful, and truly just want to get the job done together, and the right way. We take care of a lot of people, but it is nice to hear our clinicians relate to each patient as an individual. I often hear them talking about how they made them smile or even how they were frustrated or saddened if they saw a health decline. It is nice to be somewhere that cares.

Not only that, but when you do a good job, and you knock it out of the park, or complete a difficult task, they appreciate you for it! The leaders are very down to earth and accessible. Suggestions are acted upon if they make good sense and we keep getting better!

I've been an employee of this wonderful organization for over 12 years. Not only do I enjoy working for Ohio Living, it is also the go-to care provider for my family when needs arise. We have utilized Home Health, Hospice, Skilled rehab and long term care and have had nothing but positive experiences. It is so comforting to know that your loved ones are in the hands of competent, skilled, caring and compassionate professionals who are backed by a faith based, mission driven company.
