I leased the new 2022 Corolla Cross after leasing RAV4s for many years. Today the dealership was applying protection treatments both on the interior and the exterior. I drove into the garage and was immediately greeted by the service rep. I sat in the waiting area for the work to be completed. Promised work, along with an additional concern, were completed on a timely basis and to my liking. The dealership was clean. All company reps I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Thought brakes needed to be checked, turned out I didn't need replacement at this time. However, some one came in after me and she required brakes replaced and she check out sooner than I did, when I didn't need repairs. Not sure if that is why I was pushed aside (felt that way) and then I couldn't stay longer at this point to wait for minor recommendations to be performed. So I waited two hours and didn't need brakes replaced, then left and then came back an hour later to have minor recommendation completed as I had no idea it would take that long for brakes to be checked. ( had an appointment 3 hours later I had to make in person- so that's why I had to leave then come back ) Still excellent professional service.
Was greeted promptly on arrival. Shown to the waiting area. I was told it would take 45- 60 minutes when I made the appointment but is was only 1/2 hr. Very pleased with service and pleasant employees.
Byers Toyota is where I go for regular maintenance on my 2019 Highlander. I’m a retired Toyota employee from Toyota R&D. When I relocated to central Ohio I carefully examined the options available for a servicing dealership in central Ohio. There are several other dealers closer to my home but I have been very pleased with the service at Byers. Every appointment has been timely and they keep me informed on everything they are doing while I’m there. It is a high quality customer service experience.
Daniel Kelly took us in for service on the scheduled date and was very professional, even though we ran a bit late for our appointment and thought we might have to reschedule. Our needs were most efficiently taken care of by the Service Dept. and every item of work explained in detail. Overall, an excellent dealership service experience and car runs great!
