AT&T Store

I went in to pay my bill and that was it. They suggested and worked with my plan to give me a much better plan and price. I was very surprised what they went through to make me happy. They did a great job

I had a phone that was supposed to work on the new 4G system, but it did not. I went to the Delaware AT&T store for help.The person who was working in the store, whose name is Sasha, tried to help fix the problem. He spent about a half an hour trying to convince AT&T customer service that I should receive a new phone since I had originally purchased the phone from AT&T. But AT&T said the free phone program had ended. So I had to buy another phone. I got it from Amazon, "ReCell". When it arrived I took it to the AT&T store where Sasha set it up and showed me how to use it. Sasha provided excellent service. If you need help in Delaware with a cell phone go to the AT&T store and ask for Sasha.

Tyler and Holly were both very helpful and very knowledgeable in helping my husband and me upgrade to new phones. Answered all of our questions and smoothly transferred our data from our old phones to the new phones (which we like very much). Great to have people like this available right here in Delaware.

Tyler was very helpful even before we came into the store. When we came in he and Holly were great at changing over our data to our new phones and answering all questions. I recommend them both very highly .😇
their installation was Swift and free for our prepaid account. I recommend them without reservation.

Tyler was really helpful with answering all of our questions and was down to earth. He was the only associate in the store for a lot of the time we were there, but he multi-tasked and was able to help multiple customers simultaneously. I would recommend going to this AT&T store!
