Amazing customer service by Sofia! Prompt, efficient, responsive...the kind of experience that would make me come back to Kaviso.
Great customer service. I was helped by Sam, who was prompt with responses and very friendly. Good selection of outdoor products and knives, the website is built well and easy to use.
I know there are going to be some upset people leaving comments here about their experience buying the Durston Gear X-mid tent. Those negative comments are misguided… tons of people attempting to get their hands on a VERY limited supply of product. Not everyone is going to be happy and get one. I was lucky… on my second attempt I got one. The retailer also faces certain constraints in the checkout process because of the point of sale system limitations. The way things came together as so many people tried to buy was the issue of a third party, not the retailer… any complaints about it should be directed at the software developers who wrote the code behind the scenes.
Anyways, my experience with this company has been good so far. I even reached out to ask about getting an express shipping upgrade and they promptly replied with instructions for me to get that. I hope anyone using the reviews here to decide about purchasing through this company can filter out the relevant reviews to use and not be discouraged by those that may be misguided by people who aren’t s knowledge about the behind the scenes tools online retailers have to rely upon. I give this company a grade of A so far and believe they will continue to deserve it.
Super smooth process in purchasing a highly sought after piece of equipment and customer service was lightning fast to handle my question and help me out. 10/10! And I’m very impressed the volume of users and orders their website could handle during the madness that the Durston Gear X-Mid sales were.
